"Packed van and a uncomfortable ride"
The van was way too crowded, with everyone crammed in so tightly that the whole ride felt really uncomfortable. When I brought it up, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually listened to, which just made the experience even more frustrating.

I got there in the end, so that was good, but the route felt kinda long, like really really stretched out for no big reason.

I booked Speedi Shuttle for our group thinking, okay, this should make things easier, right? But it ended up feeling messy. Our seats were split up, the pickup timing wasn’t very clear, and I kept thinking, why is getting everyone organized this stressful? It might be fine if it’s just one or two people, but for a group, I wouldn’t book with them again.

I found it annoying because there were just too many steps for me to get through. I expected something quicker and easier, and instead it felt like I was spending way more time than I wanted on it.

"Good schedule options, but felt a bit brushed off"
I went with SpeediShuttle because their pickup times worked better with my flight than the other options I found. Booking was straightforward, and I liked that there were a few time slots to choose from. I do wish they had one later option, though. When I asked about it, I kind of felt dismissed, like it wasn’t really something they wanted to deal with. Still, overall it got the job done and worked out fine

"Refund took forever after my plans changed"
I booked a ride with SpeediShuttle, then of course my flight got changed at the worst possible time and I had to cancel. The actual cancellation part was simple, so I figured the refund would be the same.

Unfortunately, that’s where it got frustrating. I emailed a couple times and mostly got generic responses telling me to wait a few more days. I get that the timing of my flight change probably didn’t help, but the refund still took way longer than I expected.

I ended up having to follow up twice before it was finally sorted out. Maybe their rides are totally fine, but if your travel plans shift last minute, the refund process can be a pain

"I’d say it’s a decent value overall, but…"
I’d say it’s a decent value overall, but it still feels a little pricey for what you get. The quality seems fine and I don’t regret buying it, but the price definitely made me pause. If it were a bit cheaper, I’d feel a lot better about recommending it.

"Couldn’t get the site or app to work when it mattered"
I tried booking through speedishuttle.com and, i pretty much assumed it would be quick and simple. Instead, the site kept freezing right when I got to payment, so I refreshed a couple times and had to keep starting over.
I figured maybe the app would be better, but nope, same headache. It logged me out, everything loaded slowly, and my ride details didn’t show up right away, which made me assume something had gone wrong with the booking.

The actual shuttle service might be totally fine, I don’t know, but the website and app made a bad impression fast. If I can’t count on the tech side to work when I’m trying to book, I’m probably not going to risk using it again

"Okay ride, but the vibe felt off"
The ride itself was fine, but the driver came across like they were annoyed the whole time. They barely said anything, which I don’t mind, but it just didn’t feel very professional to me. I wouldn’t say they were rude exactly, just not particularly welcoming.

My driver was nice, which I appreciated, but the whole pickup situation was frustrating. The time kept changing, and I wasn’t really told clearly where I was supposed to wait. It reminded me of a trip I took with my sister where we spent more time trying to figure out the pickup spot than actually relaxing. The drop-off felt a bit rushed too. I did get where I needed to go, but for the price, the coordination just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Decent ride , but my bag got banged up"
The ride itself was fine , nothing really stood out either way . But when I got my suitcase back , it had some new scuffs and the handle was bent a little . It felt like the driver wasn’t being very careful while loading the bags . Not a terrible experience , just kind of frustrating .

"Seats Could Have Been Cleaner"
The seats were dusty and had a weird smell, which made the experience less comfortable. I don’t think anyone expects everything to be perfect, but clean seats should be a basic thing.

The coverage was just okay for me. It didn’t cover the area I actually needed, which was disappointing. What made it more annoying was that I couldn’t really get in touch with an actual person to talk it through, everything felt automated, and I just wanted some human help.

"Support was slower than I’d expect"
I don’t expect instant replies, but support took longer than I’m personally comfortable with. I like things to be handled in a reasonable amount of time, especially when I’m waiting on help, and this felt a bit too slow for my standards.

"First impression was good, billing just felt a bit unclear"
My first impression of SpeediShuttle was positive, the ride itself was smooth and everything went fine. The only thing that threw me off a little was the payment. At first, the charge on my card didn’t look quite right, but it eventually updated to the correct amount. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish the billing part was a little easier to understand.

"It’s fiiine for kids, just not amazing"
The car seat works okay, but the stroller feels a little too snug for my kid. It’s not terrible or anything, just not as roomy as I was hoping. Overall, it’s fiiine, but I wouldn’t say I’m super impressed.

"Wheelchair access help was really disappointing"
I booked a shuttle and asked ahead of time about wheelchair access, thinking it would be straightforward. The responses I got were vague, and then on the day of the ride it felt like nobody really knew what was supposed to happen. It made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be, not very respectful... I was just expecting basic assistance, not to feel like I had to figure everything out myself. I wouldn’t use them again.
